At Little Angel Casting in Toton, Nottingham, we specialise in life casting for all stages of life — from the joy of newborn keepsakes to meaningful casts created during palliative and memorial moments.
In 2019, Kirsty completed her very first life casting training with no prior experience in the field. It was a steep learning curve, but she gained valuable skills and insight. However, she knew there was still so much more she wanted to learn.
In 2022, driven by her passion to improve, Kirsty travelled all the way to Scotland to attend an intensive three-day life casting course. During this training, she deepened her understanding of the materials she was working with and learned how to use them correctly to capture every unique detail — preserving the individuality and essence of each person.
Kirsty also received professional guidance on how to take moulds respectfully and with care in heartfelt, memorial circumstances — an experience that strengthened her technical skills in delicate situations.
As your baby grows big and tall, never forget just how small they once were. Our handcrafted baby keepsakes are designed to preserve those precious early days — from tiny newborn fingers to the expressive hands of a growing toddler.
We offer life casting at every stage:
Our casting process is completely safe from birth, even for premature babies.
All materials used on your baby’s skin are natural, non-toxic, and specially formulated for sensitive skin.
You're not just preserving a memory — you're creating a piece of art that will last a lifetime.
Every detail is preserved — every wrinkle, every fold, every tiny feature.

Baby and family casting appointments take place at our welcoming studio in Toton.
For palliative or bereavement castings, we understand how important it is to provide comfort and flexibility during such sensitive times. That’s why we're happy to travel within the surrounding areas — or further afield — to accommodate your needs.
Please don’t hesitate to get in touch to discuss how we can support you during these moments.
If you have any questions or would like to book an appointment, please use our contact form via the link below.
For bereavement appointments, we kindly ask that you call or send a direct message to our phone number, as we would never want to miss these important and time-sensitive enquiries.
We're here to support you with care, compassion, and respect.

We’ll help you gently position your little one to ensure they’re comfortable throughout the process.
If your baby needs feeding during the session — that’s absolutely fine! We can often take the moulds while they’re enjoying their milk, keeping everything calm and relaxed for both of you.
Once we've taken your moulds, we'll spend some time discussing how you'd like your finished keepsake to look.
All of our casts are fully personalised to reflect your own taste and style. You'll be able to choose from:
We're here to help you create a piece that's as unique and special as the memories it holds.
Each cast takes approximately 12 weeks to complete. This allows us to give every piece the time, care, and attention it deserves.
After your appointment, your cast will go through several detailed stages, including:
We will always contact you as soon as your keepsake is complete and ready for collection.
Creating something so special takes time — and we promise, it will be worth the wait.
